The Sales Associate role involves providing excellent customer service in an accessory store. This role is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find the accessories they need, and providing advice on products and services that meets their needs. The Sales Associate also processes sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Additionally, they ensure all stock is replenished at regularly-scheduled intervals to ensure shop floor presence remains high.
